The apartment provided ample space for our family, allowing us to prepare meals when desired. Although the staff's English proficiency was limited, they were resourceful in ensuring our needs were met. The overall cleanliness of the rooms and the reliable internet connection were noteworthy.The quiet location, in close proximity to the lake and local restaurants, was convenient for exploring the area. The presence of a lovely courtyard with a hot tub offering panoramic views added a touch of luxury to our stay. The breakfast served was quite satisfying, and the front desk personnel, particularly Paula, were accommodating and friendly.While the hotel lacks certain high-end amenities like a spa or shuttle services, the comfort of the beds, coupled with a pleasant dining area, contributed to a cozy experience. For those looking for a retreat without extravagant frills, Hotel Frutillar presents a decent value proposition with its charming setting and efficient service.
